(More customer reviews)I love this airpot!I have two of them that I use on a weekly basis for get-togethers with friends.If there is left-over coffee the next morning...it is still hot!I had another type of airpot that broke soon after I received it.I quickly invested in another Zojirushi and am very happy about it.Now I am ready for a third; one for "leaded", one for decaf and one for hot water.
